RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unworn item within 14 days once purchase is received. Items should be in the original condition, unworn including tags.
How do I return/exchange an item?
- Contact our customer care representatives at email@example.com to receive your return/exchange form. This form must be filled in completely and sent back with your merchandise.
- We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return shipment label.
- Send your tagged / unworn items to: 1233 South Boyle Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90023 via UPS
- Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request upon receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Shipping charges on all orders are not refundable.
- Sale items are Final Sale, in which case they are not eligible for a return or exchange.
S&L reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
